Uploading psr extension to PECL

I'd like to offer an extension for inclusion in PECL. I'm open to changing the license; my preference would be: - LGPLv2 or later (e.g. user's choice between any of those versions of the LGPL) - MPLv2 Best Regards, John Boehr
