If you read the install instructions carefuly you'll see that extension_dir
does not apply to zend_extensions, where need to specify the path.

i`m not trying to run 2 debuggers. i tried with xdebug and failed, so i
tried with apd and had the same problem. i never tried to load two at the
same time.
