I have the same problem when something goes wrong with the data types (as you might read in my other posts, I'm playing with extensions too at the moment). I could not get any detailed error report, but I have only two functions and the one causing the problem is my function ssh_connect which uses a parameter being returned by another function. The parameter is a zval (or resource) for PHP, but it a struct pointer at the C level. I cannot tell more, I don't know more :-) Yannick
