Have you checked line 15 of html_getpart()?
I don't get this part of the error, only the segfault part. I'm using
apache 1.3. It looks like this:

Segmentation fault (11)
free(): invalid pointer 0x40601a10!
free(): invalid pointer 0xbfffd7b8!
