Purpose:
Distribute an PHP extension which in access to an also written Apache modul adds the HL7 protocol
to Apache and PHP. HL7 is a protocol which is widely used in the medical network environment. This
modul connectes to an apache memory pool where the apache server module stores the parsed data.
