win32Service question

I saw a couple of days ago a new extension on php snaps. It`s about php_win32service: http://snaps.php.net/win32/PECL_5_0/ Since at one point I was trying to make something similar I`ve start searching for more information about this extension: test files, README files, sources without any succes.
