Ok, so I'm trying to follow Herr Furlong's directions for building PDO on Mac OS X with PHP 5.0.4 (http://netevil.org/node.php?nid=202). Instead of using PDO_SQLite, I'm trying to build PDO_Mysql and I'm having problems. When I go into main/internal_functions.c I see: zend_module_entry *php_builtin_extensions[] = {
     phpext_standard_ptr,
     phpext_pdo_ptr,
}; Where I would expect: zend_module_entry *php_builtin_extensions[] = {
     phpext_standard_ptr,
     phpext_pdo_mysql_ptr,
     phpext_pdo_ptr,
}; Either way, I tried putting the pdo_mysql line in there an continuing. However, make barfs with: gcc -Imain/ -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930/main/ -DPHP_ATOM_INC -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930/include -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930/main -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930 -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930/Zend -no-cpp-precomp -I/usr/local/src/php5-STABLE-200502121930/TSRM -g -Wall -c main/internal_functions.c -o main/internal_functions.o && echo > main/internal_functions.lo main/internal_functions.c:38: error: `phpext_pdo_mysql_ptr' undeclared here (not in a function) main/internal_functions.c:38: error: initializer element is not constant main/internal_functions.c:38: error: (near initialization for `php_builtin_extensions[2]') make: *** [main/internal_functions.lo] Error 1 Any ideas? -ryan PS - make sure you cc me on any replies, as I'm not on the list. -- http://theryanking.com/blog
