That's probably not such a good idea; try using headers and a lib from
the same version of PHP :-)

win32api is not maintained and I've heard that it will crash if you
pass more than two parameters :-)

You'll need to wait for ffi; this is one of the areas that I am
working on right now, but lack time (and have too much work to clear
before I can get to it).
