It is Unix/Linux only, unfortunately (this is limitation of underlying
C++ library). There are other Turbo Vision ports (see [1] for
example), but AFAIK they are all licensed under the terms of GPL. If I
based the extension on one of those libraries, it would be impossible
to host it in PECL.
