I don't think I have used Borland compilers since the early versions of
Turbo Pascal and Turbo C :-)

So far I'm only building extensions found in the PHP or PECL cvs
repositories, but if you can point me to the sources I would be happy to
consider these.

You could poke the Image Magick team about including the
CORE_RL_magick_.lib and dll files as well as the header files in the
windows distro.
