I will do some more digging, not being able to move PHP5 forward from 5.0.2 is becoming a problem!

Could I do any 'leg work' to help out with all of these ?
You could poke the Image Magick team about including the CORE_RL_magick_.lib and dll files as well as the header files in the windows distro.
