problem install Fileinfo-0.3-> error: wrong magic lib version or lib not found

Hi at all I have a problem to install Fileinfo-0.3 on My server. Server type: Freebsd 5.4 File package: file-4.13 Php version: 5.0.4 Positions of include file and library /usr/local/include/magic.h /usr/local/lib/libmagic.so.1 /usr/local/lib/libmagic.so /usr/local/lib/libmagic.la /usr/local/lib/libmagic.a /usr/local/share/file/magic /usr/local/share/file/magic.mime /usr/local/share/file/magic.mgc /usr/local/share/file/magic.mime.mgc I have tried to install this php extension into php-50.4/ext,with pear install package.xml But the result is the same: it does't find magic library.
