Proposal for a new Extension: ext/gsl - GNU Scientific Library

Hi all, I've been working on an extension to support the GNU Scientific Library (http://sources.redhat.com/gsl/) in PHP. There is no own web page for this package at the moment, but some information can be found at the PHP Conference Web Site (http://www.php-conference.de/2003/) where I've given a talk about that extension. (And promised to make it available through pecl *whistle*) Source code can be supplied on request. License is open as goes without saying ...
