Hi. I'm trying to get php4 going on Solaris10/x86 and I'm not finding
this an easy task.
I built php-4.4.4 (using the Sun compilers) and then tried to build
the oci8 module which I downloaded from pecl.php.net. After building
and installing thisthough, I find I get a segfault whenever I try to
run a trivial test program against our test database:
<?php
$conn = ocinlogon("XXXXXXXX", "XXXXXXXX", "CMSZ");
ocilogoff($conn);
?>
I ran this by doing a simple /usr/local/php-4.4.4/bin/php -f
oci-test.php
The stack trace using the core file shows:

Any ideas what the problem here might be?
Is there a known combination of php4/oci drivers that will work on
Solaris10/x86?
Regards,
Robert.
