Re: fileinfo extension proposal

I've cleaned up the extensions and put it online at: http://bb.prohost.org/fileinfo.tar.bz2 for anyone who's interested. If we get Wez on board, I will commit this to PECL. Ilia P.S. There are a few bugs (memory leaks & 1 least 1 memory corruption) inside the libmagic library itself. It is likely we would need to fix those and bundle the fixed library with PHP.
