Proposal: FANN extension

Hi everyone, I've been working on an extension to bring FANN to PHP. What I've got so far is at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/fann/fannphp-0.1.0.tar.bz2?download FANN is an artificial neural network library written in ANSI C which is licensed under the LGPL. You can download it at http://fann.sf.net/ My extension requires v1.1.0 (with which this extension is being released alongside) The archive includes a demo.php which will explain the basics, and there is documentation at http://fann.sourceforge.net/ I'd like to see this included in PECL.
