You should now commit to pecl/fam
Take a look at the other extensions to see how the package.xml works.
The PEAR documentation explains how to create a package using the
package.xml file (pear pv package.xml to validate it, and pear package
package.xml to create the package itself). Feel free to ask us about
anything you like to know (release process, code, etc.).
