Hi!
I see that when I try to do pecl build on Windows, .dsp is required. So I have some questions:
1. Most new PECL extensions I checked don't have any dsp's - it's because they don't care for windows or there's another way to build?
2. Maybe there's a way to use config.w32 for pecl build? If not - maybe, there should be?
3. What is the recommended way to get windows binary form PECL module and is it documented on some official site?
