New PECL package request: fuse

Hello, I wrote a very basic extension to provide FUSE bindings in PHP. It's working for what I needed it for, but I plan to implement the rest of the FUSE API. For anyone not familiar with FUSE, it's a kernel module that allows file system drivers to run in user-space. Originally, I had written a PHP script to screen-scrape one of my websites (don't ask) and synchronize my local cache with the website. But I decided that creating a FUSE driver would be better. I wanted to re-use my parser code, but couldn't find a FUSE extension for PHP. Since there are bindings for many other languages, I thought it'd be cool if there was one for PHP, too.
