Thank you so much I have spent all day trying to install mailparse through
pear - it seems to be broken?

You can download the PHP 5 windows binary from:
http://snaps.php.net/win32/PECL_UNSTABLE/php_mailparse.dll
There is no win32 project file for it for PHP 4 at this time.
