request for svn and pecl account from pecl.php.net form

Hello,
Yesterday I filled the form for pecl account request in pecl.php.net and nothing happened. Form was
successfully submitted but I didn't receive any email about request was send, is in queue,
waiting for approval etc. If I fill the form
again now and I get message that username (koubel) is already used. What was happened? What can I do
for svn and pecl account for maintaining some extension (I already sent first email with information
about extension into pecl-dev earlier).
