We first thought it might become sort of promotion to have our library
in PECL.

We thought it was okay to have a commercial library in PECL because
there were already Oracle, DB2 and other interfaces to commercial
products. Maybe this is not the case becase they also made their
interface library available in public, but libtextconv library will not
(only stub).
