In any case, I'm seeing memory problems as well. zend_alloc seems to be
involved in a number of crashes. That's looking at core dumps they all seem
to have zend_alloc in common and die when they try to free something that
has not been allocated. Or so it seems.
I can propse you what I did:
1)Grab CVS sources of a day where it worked, compile, test
2)Grabs CVS sources between the period of time where it worked and from
when it didn´t work anymore, compile,test
repeat steps 1+2 until you´ve found the exact day from which on the problem
appears, Andi was able to locate two patches which were made to zend and
I could try+compile+test which patch release this weird behaviour
it took some 2-3 days but was worth beeing spent
