Actually, it was 024.phpt, not 023.phpt. 024.phpt runs its tests 50
times, so if one the tests fails, the result of all the 50 tests end up
in the result file.
With php4-STABLE-200305011130, all is nice and well again, 024.phpt
doesn't fail anymore (I sent another mail for these results).
