I would also suggest that "Other/Misc" be at the bottom and "Feature/Change Request" be at the top. These placements will IMNSHO increase the likelihood of their proper usage. IE, you only get to pick "Other" after reading all the choices, and if you want to suggest that MySQL support sub-selects, you can't pick "MySQL-related" before seeing "Feature/Change Request". (Of course, that's a bad example of a Feature Request -- on purpose.)
