I agree that the interface for reporting bugs should be improved.

From personal experience, I would attribute the quality of Windows users
bug reports to inexperience and little else. :)

I agree that getting flooded with potentially inaccurate bug reports could
be a bad thing. However, it would certainly give us data on what people
are having trouble with.
However, this is probably beyond the scope of what we want to do for now...
