Once again, I would like to welcome everyone to join the PHP/QA Team.
If you had committed yourself to the project a week or two ago, please reconfirm to let me know that you are still interested.
I you would like to participate, please send a message to the list with the subject "New PHP/QAT Member"
The body of the message should include the following information:
* Your name
* A short list of your skills
* What PHP/QAT projects or goals you would like to work on.
* A rough estimate of how much time you are able to commit to the project.
