I just tested plain 4.0.4RC5 without ltconfig patch and it seems to work too
(at least phpinfo() loads).
With OpenBSD 2.6 and Apache 1.3.15-dev.
Anyway, it works *with* the patch too, so if it enables DSO with later
OpenBSD, it might be good as it doesn't break anything for me.
Sorry for not testing the patch initially, I didn't see how it affected PHP.
