Starting with Apache 2, everyone will. However, Apache 2 has a different
interface. At any rate, since Apache 2.0 Beta 1 is going to be out 'very
soon now', should we not be using Windows (although I personally have no
build environment for Windows) to test threading and memory issues before we
are confronted with them with the new Apache?
Corollary: Will PHP be up to the task of working with Apache 2 Beta when it
arrives?
