Fine. You can get an CVS commit account at
http://www.php.net/cvs-php3.php. Read the instructions
there and on
http://cvs.php.net/. The manual is made with DocBook tools and the
repository is called phpdoc. There is also a mailing list for the PHPDOC
people.
The first task would be to delete the many bogus annotations.
