Hey...
I'm trying to get 4.1.0RC3 to build on Win32. I'm getting this error message all over the
place:
..\main\php_network.h(28) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'arpa/inet.h': No
such file or directory
Anyone else seen this before?
