You're likely to get more of those kind of you haven't
installed the win32build.zip archiv which PHP needs to
compile on w32 platforms.

(This is also mentioned somewhere in the FAQ but I just had
the url at my hand.)
Btw, 'install'ation means adjusting your include/lib path in
MSVC usually done via the Tools/Options/Directories dialog.
