I think I would call it 'PHP Binary Type'.

This is dangerous because if a bug has been closed due to a lack of feedback
from the original submitter, we will lose this new user who may be able to
help us track down the problem. The implication here is probably that bugs
closed due to lack of feedback should have a different closed tag - it may
appear closed when displayed in the bug database, but we could use the tag
in this situation to allow the bug to be 'unclosed' and possibly change the
name of the submitter to the new person so that feedback requests go to the
correct person.

It might be worth having another text area for 'error log information', for
example, on NT, the event viewer log often yields extra useful information.
