Test B1

I don't get this bit: Case b1: Building with CLI Description: Testing of building with the new CLI Specifics: - As much SAPIs as possible - --disable-cli - Testing with a lot of extensions enabled - Tests with and without --disable-pear --disable-cli, doesn't create a 'test' target in the makefile, so how do you want to us to test it? The same applies to building another sapi (apxs/with-apache). It doesn't build the cli for me and it doesn't create a test target.
