The same applies to building another sapi (apxs/with-apache). It doesn't build the cli for me and it doesn't create a test target. If you build a different SAPI, and don't use --disable-cli, then you should end up with a sapi/cli/php and the 'make test' should work. Is that's the case for you?Yep, that is the case.
