4.2.0 and HEAD have error at shutdown.

Hi, I've mailed there should be something wrong in some module shutdown. TEST RESULT SUMMARY ============================= Number of tests: 277

This isn't much problem for shell scripting, but it can be serious for web scripting. (It could be CLI problem, though) Does any have the same problem?
