I saw the same error for 4.1.0RC(4.0.7RC), but it's fixed before release, IIRC. It's not unusual, but it _does_ mean something wrong in PHP. Since web server SAPI alive for a long term, problem(s) in shutdown could be serious problem. (It may not be serious also) This kind of problem may cause very strange random segfaults also. -- Yasuo Ohgaki
