Please comment ASAP, as we want to announce this sooner than later. Only one comment so far. I think it might be more helpful for the local UGs if the time frame were a bit more flexible?. Would it be possible to say that the UGs can run their events any time in May or June?

Another possibility (based on the success of the May/June events) would be to pick more dates later in the year - but maybe it's too soon to be thinking about that :-) Zoe
