This was my fault. I asked Olafur to keep the licensing information
intact, as I did not know the correct procedure.

I would like this to be correct, but I'm not sure if it is. I looked
at the lineage of the file in question. It comes (I belive) from a
smalltalk benchmark at the University of Washington
(http://www.cs.washington.edu/research/constraints/deltablue/) which
was made available without any copyright notices. The V8 team seems to
have made reasonably large modifications, whereas we are simply doing
a transliteration.
I think the best way forward is to contact the V8 team, and ask them.
I will try to do this today. If they feel that our derivative must be
GPL, we can look at our options then.
I hope it will be OK to leave the code in the repository as-is, until
I hear back?
Thanks,
Paul
