I cannot speak for the entire QA Team, but I believe an access to a 64-bit
machine would be extremely useful especially in light of various 64-bit
issues that are being reported both on php-dev & on bugs.php.net. Just don't
post any login information on this list ;) If an account is indeed a
possibility, contact Derick Rethans (derick@php.net).

P.S. On similar note, I believe that the QA effort could greatly benefit from
either access to uncommon OSes/Architectures. This can be in a form of shell
accounts, weekly attempts to compile the CVS or perhaps an automated script
that could do the latter in a cron once a day or so.
