I would be VERY curious to know how many people use it as a command line
language. I personally do and I know of several dozen people who do - only a
handful of whom are on Win32. My biggest PHP projects only use the
mod_php/apache as an interface, the real work is all command line (such as
for The Snewp - which indexes 20,000 RSS feeds a couple times a day).
