New Site Rough

Bean (see the php|qat membership directory) has expressed interest in helping out on developing the php|qat website. So, we have started work on completing the site. Bean is working on ideas, concepts, etc... I was feeling a bit more visually oriented, so I worked up a new rough tonight. The rough is just an image - so nothing on it will work yet. You can preview the rough at http://qa.php.net/site_rough/index.html With some planning and luck, I think that we should be able to make this design work in about any common modern browser (including lynx) Please let me know what you think. - zak
