The regtests use diff to compare files, so yes, you could compare 2 dbf
files. If there is an error, the output may not be very intelligible...
Maybe you could exercise the dbase module and output the return values
from the functions, kind of
add_record()
echo success_or_disaster
add_delete_records()
echo success_or_disaster
dump_tables_in_csv_format.
That way there is a standard text output file....
