There is a document from Zeev included in the source detailing in more depth
on how to Install on windows (It Covers IIS and other sapi's i more detail).
Personally when first setting up with IIS filter it help massivly. Depending
on feedback I can revamp the install.txt to include the relevant parts of
that. I do not feel building on Win32 should be covered and I question
wether we need to put the IIS stuff in as it will encourage people to use an
sapi that isnt 100% stable, but then again maybe a warning in the file would
be best.
Also maybe I should look at the install docs on php.net Last time I looked
at them they were OK but didnt cover some server setups, I saw that rasmus
has commited some stuff to it recently (I think it was just an upgrade from
PHP3 to PHP4 notation) but also if people feel these docs are not up to
scratch I can revamp those too.
