Hi!
It's me again with {strip} bugs.
Following template code
{strip}
<?xml version="1.0"?>
{/strip}
gives overquoted output
<?php echo '<?xml'; ?>version="1.0"<?php echo '?>';
?>
I mean it is output, not a compiled template.
