in php-dev earlier that ´got this list up.
Will php ship a bundled c extension.
Personally I find pear to be to difficult to set up when your shipping loads of
servers. The SOAP needs Net_Dime and Mail_Mime and it is not shipped in the
main pgp distro. To make it clearer I set up php with apache with 2 tarballs
and a Makefile. This goes automatically and I use the extensions in the ext/*
dir.
If I'm wrong I apologize.
Conclusion ship Brads php-soap.
