In this case, the $soapval->type has the value "Struct" . Where is this value coming from. I cannot find it in the SOAP data sent and received.Ok, I missed some code in the example: $struct = new SOAPStruct('test string',123,123.123); $options = array('namespace' => 'urn:SOAP_Example_Server',
'trace' => 1);$client->_auto_translation = true; $struct = new SOAP_Value('inputStruct','{http://soapinterop.org/}SOAPStruct',$struct); $result = $client->call("echoStruct",$struct,$options); The server may also need the same thing in the echoStruct function: return new SOAP_Value('outputStruct','{http://soapinterop.org/}SOAPStruct',$struct); I think if you look at the SOAP_Interop stuff in PEAR, there are better examples of this, though maybe a bit harder to follow.
