I'd like to write some PHP scripts to transmit and receive SOAP messages
over SSL, My server is Apache and my PHP scripts can read the inbound
messages. PHP CLI is awesome, and I wan't to make a SOAP message sender in
that (that works with SSL). Any links/pointer/code snips?
