New PEAR::SOAP Documentation

List, I was using the PEAR::SOAP client/server and was having some trouble getting it to work well, I couldn't find to much "really clear" documentation. I used the talks that Shane Caraveo wrote as well as some digging through some source code to write a document that IMHO is clear.
