Tak Shing, One of the strengths of SOAP is the inter-platform and inter-language abilities. This means that you can have any SOAP implementation talk to each other (in theory...) But yes, You can let a PHP SOAP-client talk to an .NET webservice (written in C#, C++, VB.NET) . You also can let a .NET-client talk to the PHP-webservice using SOAP. This can be done using the Pear::SOAP library or the NuSOAP library.
